Wonderful place to stay!

Wonderful place to stay! Archie is the best! We had our entire immediate family stay there for our beach wedding and all enjoyed it. Can’t wait to get back down and have Archie’s decadent French toast!!

Cape May Activities

Cape May is located at the southern tip of New Jersey between the Delaware Bay and the Atlantic Ocean, a short drive from many east coast metropolitan areas as well as a memorable vacation destination for all. Famous for its Victorian architecture and miles of beautiful beaches and boardwalks, Cape May is home to the Bedford Inn, a Victorian bed and breakfast. During your stay at the Bedford Inn, stroll along the promenade, find a great spot to sun, swim or surf, or explore the many shops, restaurants and other Cape May, NJ attractions.

Spend time on beautiful Cape May beaches—each one offers scenic sandy shoreline with a variety of amenities nearby. Take a ride across the Delaware Bay on the Cape May Lewes Ferry for spectacular views of the area, or view local history at nearby Historic Cold Spring Village. Enjoy one of the spectacular Cape May tours. There are several great options if you would like to experience Cape May whale watching and no trip to the area is complete without a visit to the Cape May Lighthouse; many consider it the area’s top landmark.

The accommodations were fabulous

The accommodations were fabulous, including beach chairs and towels, wonderful porches with rocking chairs, comfortable outside seating, proximity to the beach and town, and the delicious breakfasts. We are first time visitors of Cape May and during our five night stay it felt like you were staying at a home. The next time we go back to Cape May, we would only consider staying at The Bedford Inn and highly recommend to other visitors.
